How long does it take to get started?
You can begin using the system immediately. We will request some information about your practice to properly setup your account. We can begin sending claims to most commercial insurance companies within 48 hours. Some payers, such as Medicare, Medicaid and BCBS take a bit longer.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees to begin using our system or our services. We handle all aspects of setting up your account free of charge.
Can data be migrated from my current system?
Yes. There may be charges associated with migrating data from your current system and importing it into our system should you chose to request this service.
What about my current A/R?
We’re experts at reducing our client’s accounts receivable. Our percentage for collections on aging A/R may be slightly higher than our standard rates. We work closely with each client to tailor a solution that best fits their needs and budget.
Are claims submitted electronically?
Yes. Our system allows for electronic claim submission, ERAs and in most cases, electronic eligibility checks and EOBs. Some secondary claims must go out via paper if mandated by the payer.
Do you follow up on unpaid claims?
Absolutely. Our system and staff thoroughly monitor the claim status of all claims. We have the ability to effectively track rejections, denials and no responses. We aggressively follow up on all claims that have not been paid in a reasonable amount of time (14 days for electronic claims & 30 days for paper claims).
When will I get paid?
Quickly. On average, electronic claims are paid within 14 days and paper claims within 30 days. For most payers, we receive notification of payment electronically and an EFT is sent directly to your bank account from the insurance company.
Are there any long term commitments?
Absolutely not. No one likes contracts. We’re so confident in our services and technology, we do not require any contract or long term commitment. We want to earn your business every month.
What are your fees?
Between 5% - 10% of monies collected depending on a few factors. We do not bill you for claims that have not been paid. We only get paid when you get paid.
Is training available?
Yes. Training is provided free of charge. Training consists of online, prerecorded videos and live webinars. We will also gladly work with you and your staff at your office. Our system is very intuitive and requires only basic computer skills to use.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All of our employees receive monthly training and audits are performed on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
