Yes. There may be charges associated with migrating data from your current system and importing it into our system should you chose to request this service.

We are experts at reducing our client’s accounts receivables. Our percentage for collections on aging A/R may be slightly higher than our standard rates. We work closely with each client to tailor a solution that best fits their needs and budget.

Yes. Our system allows for electronic claims submission, ERAs and in most cases, electronic eligibility checks and EOBs. Some smaller HMO and secondary claims must be billed via paper if mandated by the payer.

Absolutely. Our system and staff thoroughly monitor the claim status of all claims. We can effectively track rejections, denials, and no responses. We aggressively follow up on all claims that have not been paid in a reasonable amount of time (14 days for electronic claims & 30 days for paper claims).

Quickly. On average, electronic claims are paid within 14 days and paper claims within 30 days. For most payers, we receive notification of payment electronically and an EFT is sent directly to your bank account from the insurance company.

Typically between 5% – 7% of monies collected depending on a few factors. We do not bill you for claims that have not been paid. We only get paid when you get paid.

Yes. Training is provided free of charge. Training consists of online, prerecorded videos and live webinars. We will also gladly work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. Our system is very intuitive and requires only basic computer skills to use.
