Q: What are the fees for your medical billing services?

A: 5% - 10% of monthly receipts for most practices.

Q: Are there any setup fees?

A: No, we do not charge setup fees. Your account is setup and properly configured free of charge.

Q: What are the fees for your credentialing services?

A: Medicare and Medicaid applications are $300 each. All other private insurer applications are $250 each.

Q: Are there fees associated with your software?

A: We absorb the cost of the Practice Management software used to submit claims. An optional EHR is available for $150/month per physician provider or $75/month for a non-physician provider.

Q: Are there any fees associated with your clearinghouse?

A: No, transactions through the clearinghouse are unlimited and free to our clients.

Q: Are there any other fees?

A: We charge $1.00 per patient statement mailed.

A: Yes, unless a paper claim is required by the payer.

Q: Do you bill secondary and tertiary insurances?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you bill patients?

A: Yes.

Q: How quickly do you submit claims?

A: Within 24 – 48 hours excluding weekends.

Q: What is your billing success rate?

A: We proudly average a 98% - 99% successful first-time pass rate.

Q: Do you work rejections, denials and no responses?

A: Absolutely, if our clients don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.

Q: Can you provide credentialing services with all insurance carriers?

A: Yes, including Medicare, Medicaid and all private payers.

Q: Can you guarantee in-network acceptance with all insurance companies?

A: No, at times insurance panels may be closed. Acceptance is at the discretion of the payer.

Q: Can you create and maintain my CAQH profile?

A: Yes, this is an optional service we can provide for a small fee.

Q: Do you do re-credentialing?

A: Yes, pricing is the same as a new application.
